1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jz023 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the Platform ("you", "user", "player").

3. Account Registration & Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on jz023:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — A digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The name on the account requesting the withdrawal must match the name on the payment account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If unusual withdrawal patterns are detected, jz023 may request additional verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not possible until wagering requirements have been met.
• jz023 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 Other Promotions

6. VIP Program & Rewards

The jz023 VIP program has 5 tiers. Progression is based on a player's activity and contributions:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback benefits are automatically credited to your account each week. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. jz023 reserves the right to change a player's VIP tier for any reason.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz023 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated bots.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Gaining unfair advantages through collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Providing false information to third parties on behalf of jz023.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any active bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met may be forfeited.
